The classes below are the viable weekly subscription classes at Invoke. Below the class descriptions you will find our club timetable, with the times and days our lessons operate.
1.5 - 3 years
GYMNASTICS
GymTots
This 45 minute parent and child class is the perfect introduction to gymnastics. Our coach led class runs on a semi-structured format. Parents and GymTots are guided around our apparatus, with different challenges and themes throughout the lesson. Gymnasts follow our club award scheme.

GYMNASTICS
GymTots Solo
This 45 minute independent class develops your little gymnasts confidence and nourishes their love for the sport. We introduce key gymnastics skills on the equipment, earning medals along the way with themed lessons helps our gymnasts learn and grow into little superstars. Gymnasts follow our club award scheme

GymTots Solo Plus
Our 45 minute after-school class is designed for children who are in the Reception year group at school. This class is a balance of the fun, themed lessons from our Pre-School classes and the challenges from our after-school programme. Gymnasts follow our club award scheme in this class.

AFTER-SCHOOL
GYMNASTICS
GymClub
GymClub is our after-school programme for children from a beginner to an intermediate level. Gymnasts make use of our apparatus every week and work towards the British Gymnastics 'Rise Explore' award scheme. A perfect balance of fun with structured learning. Gymnasts attend their school year group class.

AFTER-SCHOOL
GYMNASTICS
GymClub Plus
For our older gymnasts, who have advanced through our GymClub programme. Our GymClub Plus class offers an intermediate to advanced level of gymnastics training. Gymnasts spend longer on the apparatus, periodically working on the 'Rise Excel' programme.

AFTER-SCHOOL
TRAMPOLINE
Trampolining
Our Trampolining classes are for children Years 1/2, 3/4, 5/6 and 7+. With a maximum of 4 gymnasts per trampoline, our recreational trampoline classes are designed to offer high quality tuition, and maximum time in the air! Our trampoliners follow our club award scheme.​

PlayGym
Want to introduce your little one to the club but not ready to commit to weekly lessons? Our PlayGym is an unstructured drop in lesson designed for you to guide your little one around our equipment (especially our bouncy castle, ball pit and slide!)

Inclusive OpenGym
Our InclusiveGym class is an exclusive class for children with neurodiversities and/or physical disabilities. This weekly class follows a gymnastics circuit where gymnasts can learn and play in our gym. Parents are invited in and out of the gym to suit their own child.

OpenGym
Our OpenGym class is a semi structured 60 minute lesson suitable for participants with previous experience. It's an ideal class to bring back some old skills and to improve your fitness and flexibility in a fun and supportive environment. Age 13+
